LONDON (AFP) - Former Manchester joined midfielder Paul Scholes has been fined 8,000 (S$13,700) by England's Football link after accepting a clash of breaching betting rules.Scholes was charged by the FA in April for placing 140 bets upon matches in the middle of August 2015 and January this year.The period covers past Scholes was a part-owner of non-league side Salford City, but past his succession as Oldham officer in February 2019. "I take last week's ruling.
